Salix integra Hakuro Nishiki.(Variegated Japanese Willow) This lovely Japanese willow is noted for its stunning brilliant white and pink new growth on a lovely mounding shrub with green-and white speckled older growth. Attractive, stiff red stems provide winter interest. Best color in full sun with moist, well-drained soil. Can be trained as a standard (tree form). CULTURAL NOTES: Lovely pink new growth can be encouraged with frequent light shearing throughout the season. Grown and shipped in a nursery trade 1 gallon pot.
